 The patient above visited my clinic to improve the low and plain feeling nose.

2. A surgical plan

To improve the small and short nose, septal extensions were planned using self-rib cartilage. The nose bridge will be raised using silicone implants.

4. A general review

 This surgery improves the feeling of a small and short nose. Not everyone does, but usually, if the nose is small and short, the septal cartilage is small. So, for certain results, the surgery was performed using a self-rib cartilage, and it became a natural nose shape.
