1. Preoperative consultation
The patient had a hump nose and visited my clinic to correct his overall flat and long appearance. In particular, he had a very important nose ratio because his face looked long and had small chin.
2. A surgical plan
I planned an lateral osteotomy to remove the hump and improve the feeling of bending, and to correct the blunt and spread bulbous feeling, I planned a surgery to naturally raise the tip of the nose by removing the subcutaneous soft tissue at the tip of the nose and rearranging the nose alar cartilage. I decided to use septal cartilage and ear cartilage at the tip of the nose. I decided to use donated rib cartilage when I lacked septal cartilage. I decided to use silicone implant for the nose bridge.

The shape of the nose is also important, but it was more important to adjust the proportion of the nose that occupied the entire face. Overall, the long and spread feeling was naturally corrected, and the masculine feeling was very emphasized as the hump was removed and the nose line was held in a straight line.
